Resolved an issue where part-issued WO items would not appear for picking

Fix for when scanning a complex barcode for a non traceable item and the barcode has a quantity, the quantity in the app wouldn’t increase when the barcode was scanned multiple times.

Fixed problem with put back function putting back stock from another sales order, and not the sales order that was picked.
Fixed problem with using the move to function on a sales order and it was saying that there was insufficient stock. This was a rounding issue when UOM was set.
