Fix to despatching sicon stock transfers where an object reference error would appear if despatching traceable items
The filter on the sage sop despatch screen was filtering the traceable iems for the traceable items that were picked for that line. This was sometimes causing issues if the sales order had multiple lines picked for the same item, and then despatched differently in Sage. Therefore we now filter by the sales order, not down to the sales order line.

Fix problem when app would crash while reporting a bin problem and the server is not responding. It now says try again.

Made sure that if a complex barcode is scanned for a non traceable item, and a quantity identifier is present, then the item is increased by this quantity.
Fix for encourage scan option setting where if the item has been scanned, then the user can enter the quantity without having to go through the questions again. This was fixed previously for enforced scanning, and is now fixed for encouraged scanning.
Changes to checking barcoding enable string when getting or adding stock item images – was previously checking the web api enable string.
Added identifiers for complex barcodes: 02 is stock code, 37 is quantity
