Warehouse Transfer stock allocation fixes.
Only allocate transfer stock if it’s on a warehouse to warehouse transfer.
Warehouse transfer now creates any new ‘Picked:Transfer’ bins with picking bin priority, not bulk.
Fix SOP Despatch error ‘Issuing kit lines failed. Process was cancelled. The full allocation quantity cannot be issues as there is not sufficient free stock available’ for a kit item which has multiple/split stock allocations, Case 25653.
Fix SOP Despatch question ‘Is bin ‘xxxxxx’ now empty?’ appearing when there is still unconfirmed free stock in the bin, Case 24805.
Wave Picking performance improvements to increase speed and reduce ‘Timeout Expired …’ error in GetSalesOrdersByZones() error in large data sets.
Fix for multi item transfer missing items.
Fix SOP Despatch with Smart Picking & ‘Assign stock from bin with full allocation stock quantity available’ configured prompting users to pick from a bin based on the incorrect priority, Case 26026.
Tote Pack on the hand held device will now include sales orders on waves with pick status ‘partial’, Case 25505.

Stock traceable item attributes are no longer ‘view only’ during stock transfer, Case 25549.

Hot Fix Enhancements

Fixed problem with reducing sales order line quantity for partially picked line.
Fixed problem where using carton quantities, and smart picking is on, it was sending the picker to the overflow bin instead of bulk storage.
Fixed problem with setting ‘Assign stock from bin with full allocated stock quantity available’. The issue was that if there was stock in a Despatch bin (because update on invoice is on), then there were occasions when the lines would not appear on the device to be picked. This was because the process would assume there was stock we could use in that bin, and then later it would be filtered out.
Works Order Book-in Finished Goods now passed traceable item use/sell by dates to the WOP build coordinator so dates can be set when stock added.

Fixed problem when reducing line quantity of a sales order line to zero on one of the allocations on a picked sales order line.

Prevented “Action Failed Unavailable Batch Items” error from popping up when picking items that have a quantity below 1, this is done by not auto adding a 1 to the pick item quantity if the quantity is below 1.
Fixes purchase orders ignoring the buying unit set in the PO line when receiving into a bin via a container – Case 20288.
Separated the current box selection on the to pick tab and the to pack tab, so we now have a separate current box for each tab.
When packing all picked items, we now don’t change the package type the item was picked into if the package type is the same as what we are packing into. If item is picked into a box, we cannot pack into another box. We can pack onto a pallet though.
