Delete Bins, Amend Stock Item Details and Stock Location maintenance screens no longer allow the user to delete/remove bin locations that have been used to despatch/receive traceable items on sales orders/returns, Case 27180.

Fix Dynamic Stocktake writing-off traceable item stock, Case 31049.
Fixed ‘Selected quantity does not match required quantity’ error when writing off stock. This error was caused by the setting for ‘Confirm packaging when moving stock’ being unset when the stock was created but enabled before the write off. The behaviour now acts as if the quantity in the phantom box is zero, Case 30812.
