Issues Resolved

• Change made to ‘on cost apportionment’ to not allow post again after posting and the list is cleared.
• Free text purchase order lines should show invoiced value on the invoice instead of order price when price difference on goods recieved turned on.
• Deleted project headers should be excluded from the timesheet entry screen.
• Custom layout should be printed when save and print button selected on SOP invoicing.
