New Features

• Renamed module to Projects including menu items and default labels.
• Additional columns added to advanced list for total Profit (Total Revenue (Actual Revenue + Committed Revenue) – Total Costs (Actual Costs + Committed Costs).
• Project Rate matrix added to set rates on employee by project or project header or both
• Import included for project rate matrix
• Import timesheets now includes an export feature to pull timesheets from a previous week into a spreadsheet.
• SOP desktop list with Jobs added
• Current nominal postings desktop list with jobs added
• Self billed flag and detail added to a project transaction and visible on the project enquiry all cost tab.
• Nominal / project reconciliation rewritten. Nominal can now either be reconciled off, matched with an existing project transaction or a new miscellaneous project transaction created for it. Alternatively, the process can be done with selecting a project transaction first.
• Project level (phase, Stage and Activity) are now viewable on timesheets and rapid stock issue screens.
