Issues Resolved

• #11879: Fixed issue where if issuing multiple stock quantity to fixed assets, and the stock item is a batch item, then multiple assets are created, but each asset had the total value of the stock issued. Each asset is now given the unit cost of the stock issued.
• #12167: Fixed issue where the value to depreciate for assets set on straight line % was calculating as 0.01 instead of the actual depreciation value.
