Issues Resolved

• Added setting to set the usual number of accounting periods in a year. This is used when calculating the depreciation for straight line % and reducing balance %
• Added warning messages on screen if the usual accounting period is less than 12. These warnings appear on the post depreciation screen and the generate forecasts screen.
