[#18729] Introduced the new CRM Web API plugin, exposing CRM data to the Sicon Web platform / Hub. This delivers read (view-mode) APIs for Companies, Company Search, People, Opportunities, Tasks, Cases and Tenders, slim paged summary/search endpoints (Opportunity, Contact, Task and Case summaries) with optional metadata, a CRM Activity & Timeline feed, customer/supplier account information surfaced from Sage, and a seeded “CRM – View Only” role.
[#16877] Modernised CRM email: you can now send emails using your existing CRM templates over the new SMTP/settings system, edited through the common email editor. Existing SMTP settings are migrated automatically on upgrade.
