[#12829] Downgraded the minimum required version reference to Newtonsoft.Json.dll to 11.0.2 (Newtonsoft.Json.dll is no longer deployed by the Sicon Common Components addon package. Instead, whichever version of the Newtonsoft.Json.dll assembly that is installed with Sage 200 is used)
