IMPORTANT PERMISSIONS CHANGES FOR CRM WEB INCREASE THE API VERSION TO v10.0.0

New Features
  • In support of the new emailing functionality, CRM now contains the ability to create email templates for SOP documents that can be used when sending Quotes/Orders
  • In support of the new permissions, the Sicon features now have additional permissions that allow non Sage users to create SOP lines via the web app, these are set in the add on
