Issues Resolved Pre-release Change in Functionality

Pre-Release Version: features are only available to customers using a pre-release version who have signed up to the Early Adopter Programme.


Issues Resolved
  • Allow overriding of prices and discounts on sop standard item lines created and edited through the API
  • Resolved an issue with the memo imports where it was not using the memo type
  • Added validation in company and person imports to throw a validation error if an External Reference has been specified more than once
  • No longer display the ‘Account Name’ and ‘Account Number’ on quotes list for prospect customers
  • Clear the account manager when migrating Sage200 contacts to companies
  • Changed all import instruments that have person columns to not highlight the company with an error if the company was found but the person was not
  • Corrected the docking on the settings screen
  • Default the currency lookup for prospect customers and supplier to the base currency in Sage
  • Fix importing sent emails through the API
  • Fix to allow users to create company links when to End Users when creating sales orders, quotes or proformas from the End User and they select a sales ledger account
  • Fix to align the close button to the right when creating, amending or viewing cases (Issue would happen with the button panel controller where it would get placed into ‘>>>’ incorrectly)
  • Fixed all instances where the spell checker had been serialized into the designer
  • Improved the memory usage of all import instruments
  • Fix to also filter Country Codes on the ‘Code’ column as well as ‘Name’ when populating the country code dropdown on a Sales Order
  • Copy the country code that gets set for the sales order delivery address to the VAT country code
  • Fixed setting the delivery address to the End Users address when creating orders
  • Changed cases so that the person is no longer mandatory.
  • Corrected the wording to convert a ‘Prospect End User’ to an ‘End User’
  • Fix to filter any years where there hasn’t been any transactions out when display the yearly turnover grid and chart on a Sicon CRM company
  • Fixed issue when changing addresses on a sales order for an end user and then when amending it would revert to the default address
  • Fixed an issue with logging in through the CRM website
  • Resolved an issue on the Company Import where it was validating a company could be found instead of importing it as new
  • Added handling to the communication maintenance list to ensure only distinct attachments are opened
  • Fix when loading or viewing the account tab for a SiconCRMCompany where they are linked to a Sage ledger and there is no sales history for the associated Sage ledger [“Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.”]
  • Include completed items into the users calender… New checkbox on the screen will allow users to exclude these items
  • Fixed issue with copying cases not actually copying the case
  • Resolved an issue in the case link type class where a potential object reference not set error could be thrown

  • Added a new delete summary to inform the user when companies, people, tasks or opportunities are about to be deleted about any associated records
  • Added the ability to copy a sales order, return, quote or proforma from the account tab on a company or from the orders tab on an opportunity
  • Added the ability to import and export attachments
  • Added the ability to import and export communications
