- Added person external ref, case external ref and opportunities to task importer
- External Ref Fields added to Opportunities, Cases and Tasks
- External Ref fields added to Company, Memos, Addresses and People
- Added ‘Drag and Drop’ functionality to add existing cases to sales orders from the case search screen
Issues Resolved
- Changed cases so that the person is no longer mandatory.
- Corrected the wording to convert a ‘Prospect End User’ to an ‘End User’
- Fix to filter any years where there hasn’t been any transactions out when display the yearly turnover grid and chart on a Sicon CRM company
- Fixed issue when changing addresses on a sales order for an end user and then when amending it would revert to the default address
- Fixed an issue with logging in through the CRM website
