- Resolved an issue with the memo imports where it was not using the memo type
- Fixed setting the delivery address to the End Users address when creating orders

- Resolved an issue in the Case Link type class were a potential object reference not set error could be thrown

- Added the ability to raise Sales Orders, Quotes and Proformas for End Users
- Added the ‘Opportunity Reference’ and ‘Case Reference’ to the relevant export and imports
