Issues Resolved Change in Functionality
Issues Resolved
  • [JS] Resolved an issue with the Requisition setting ‘Disable Project Selection when a project is selected’ allowing users to change Nominals on Requisition lines after choosing a Project/Project Header.
  • [NA] Resolved an issue with new lines added to an already submitted Sicon Sage Timesheet not showing as ‘Waiting’ when the timesheet is then resubmitted.
  • [NA] Resolved an issue with Free Text Line address disappearing of Document Types when editing but not saving.
  • [NA] Resolved an issue with Address Type Radial buttons not showing the selected Address Type on Document Types. This will now work on all Document Types raised after this hotfix has been applied.
  • [NFS] Improved access control security to prevent unauthorised system access.
  • [RB] Resolved an issue with Stock Item lines on a Requisition created from a template not retaining the Stock Item description when ticking the box to enable Amend the Description. The system will now retain the Stock Item description.
  • [RB] Resolved an issue with submitted Sicon Sage Timesheets not posting to Sicon Projects as a Committed cost when the setting ‘Update Sicon Project transactions as soon as timesheet is submit’ is enabled.
  • [RB] Resolved an issue with a selected Stock Item in the Stock Item dropdown defaulting to the first entry instead of the selected on Sales Orders.
  • [RB] Resolved an Issue with raising Holiday Requests for the same week as an existing Bank Holiday would mark the Bank Holiday as unauthorised.

Change in Functionality
  • [JS] Added a ‘Title’ column to the Project selection Dropdown in Timesheets for sites that use the Sage Project Accounting costing module.
  • [NA] Added the ability to save favorite addresses on Mileage Expenses when using the Google API.
  • [NFS] Removed the requirement for the User running the Sicon Approvals Service to be part of a server Administrator group in the Microsoft Computer Management application. In the event the Sicon Approvals Service can no longer write to the Sicon log in the Windows Event Viewer Application, it will record to a log file in the Sicon Approvals Service installation directory (usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sicon Limited\WAP Service).
  • [NFS] Added a error message section to the Sicon Approvals login page that will appear if there was an issue during a Install/Hotfix/Upgrade.
