Fixed issue with not clocking off operations correctly

When a user clocks in and has not clock out on a previous day any currently active operations will be flagged to end. We don’t want to end these manually as they will end on the current day and we need to end within the day that the operation started. Changed here to allow the auto clock out function in API to handle the operations.
