Issues Resolved

When users on Android 5.1 were scanning a works order the search box was being focused automatically and trying to search at the same time. Does not happen on later Android versions. Was causing scan to search twice.
Fixed issue where the decimal points for the quantity to book in was displaying as only up to 3 decimal places.
If user selects the notes box on the operation page, and then scans, it was displaying an error because it was trying to look for a works order or operation with a barcode of text.
