Fix to setting single journal posting for depreciation. The last journal was not posting and the first journal was potentially doubling.

Fixed problem where sage notifications were enabled after a purchase invoice was entered, even if the notifications in sage has been disabled.
Fix for when issuing stock to fixed assets, if the item was traceable, it would lock up the stock item, causing timeouts elsewhere in sage.
Fixed problem with revaluing asset with straight line life depreciation type. The depreciation amounts after the revaluation was calculated based on cost value, but should be the net book value. This would make the life of the asset correct and depreciation end at the end of the life of the asset.

If fixed asset quantity is enabled, then when issue stock to fixed assets is done, it now sets the quantity and cost as a whole. not creating multiple assets.
Fix for setting fixed asset value after entering a purchase invoice, it now only uses the values set against fixed asset additions nominals, not the whole value of the invoice.
