Sicon CRM is a highly functional CRM solution for company, contact, case, opportunity, tasks, notes and reminders all fully integrated with Sage 200. Including customer classification, opportunity management with sales territories, targets and dashboards, case management with tracking workflow, customer drop-off alerts and outlook style pop-up reminders. For users outside of Sage there is also a mobile App and web version to ensure every user is always connected.

- Quotes and orders can now be emailed directly from the web. New SOP template types can be created in the Add-on to support these and they will appear when sending a SOP document. The SOP document will be printed and sent on the server via your SMTP connexion.
This option is availble in the same way as printing, on the actions menu for any SOP document that has a non-zero value. - Opportunity values will no longer be removed on the first creation of a SOP document for an opportunity. It will instead only be changed if you add a non-zero valued line and include it in the value.
- SOP permisisons have been added to the Sicon Employee that previously only existed on the Sage User account. This allows web only users to fully interact with SOP lines where previously the were blocked by permissions. Sage users should not notice their permissions changed but employees can now have them as part of their Sicon Features role.
- Emails created via the action button on people and companies now pull the defaults from the associated entity.
