The Sicon Shop Floor Data Capture App links to both the Sicon Works Order Processing and Job Costing modules to allow realtime capture of Operation progress and elapsed times. With the option of creating a route card with barcodes for each operation you are able to simply scan on and off an operation to capture the elapsed time and update the progress of the operations within each of these Sicon products.

Works Order details operations tab now only lists operations linked to the current employee team, or not linked to any team.
When starting works order operation prompt user to select supplementary operations to be started at the same time. If a labour operation is started the user will be prompted to select supplementary machine operations, including machine groups. If a machine operation is started the user will be prompted to select supplementary labour operations.
Inspection Questions added when issuing stock, works order operation is started or works order operation is completed (i.e. fully complete).
Add functionality to issue allocated components to a works order.
Any comment entered when adding a new material to a works order will now be stored in the works order line comment.
Issues Resolved
If Sicon Projects is not installed in Sage 200 ‘Projects List’ will not be shown in the main menu.
Works Order details and Operations details long descriptions no longer overwrite due date field.
Works Order details will now show correct hours complete values in hours & minutes.
Start on-screen timer after an operation has been started; originally this only started after page re-opened/refreshed.
Works order operation details will now show the ‘Rework’ button if completed quantity is greater than or equal to the expected quantity. Originally this was only shown if quantities were equal.
If a user clocks-out on a later day than the start date timesheet/clock lines will be recorded for each date.
Fix works order add stock item ‘object reference is not set … ‘ error if the selected stock item has no units of measures configured in Sage. This results in Works Order Line Error ‘Failed during server Works order line quantity update’ error on the hand held device.
Allow user to end activity for deleted/completed works orders.
Clear company selection when URL reset.
Show app. version on PIN page.

Stop Reason maintenance no longer shows error ‘There is already another SFDC Reason in the database with Name’ on save when editing an existing stop reason.
