- Fixed a problem on the forecast tab of a hire order line where the last generation date was moving back a day, thus regenerating the last day in a new forecast line.
- Service Desk Equipment list fix to include despatched/received asset hire history by transaction date.
- Fix Sell Assets ‘Execution Timeout Expired’ error caused by record locks when attempting to dispose fixed assets.
Change in Functionality
- Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button Despatch/Receipt options are now enabled based on column values in equipment list + Recognise ‘view’ mode if edit equipment button is disabled.
- Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button is now enabled after a new case is saved + tidy-up messages, etc.
- Service Desk Equipment list will now link to allocated/scheduled cases (using history date/time) so equipment can be despatched.
- Equipment list now allows user to select ‘Advanced Replacement’ option on Hire button if current order/line linked to the equipment is an advanced replacement.
- View Hire Asset Details screen ‘Check’ button is now enabled to allow user to check/correct hire status.

- New ‘Split Hire Orders’ function added to the Utilities menu.
- Add new Hire setting to enable/disable delivery address locations by hire order line.
- Add new Hire Setting to sort fixed asset drop-down selection lists by serial number.
- Hire Transfers now sets asset starts to ‘Hire Transfer’ when despatched and ‘Available To Hire’ when received. Asset history records are now also generated.
- Fixed problem with failed to update objects when saving a hire order and the user accidently clicked in the collection notes grid auto creating a row.
- Fix Service Desk Equipment List showing incorrect hire orders for switch/replacements & allow user to receive against the replacement hire order line.
- Generating concatenated addresses update changed to continue from previous point of failure if memory/resource errors occur.
- Advance upgrade instrument as each update process runs so completes steps will not be re-run if a later step fails.
Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button now includes ‘View Asset Hire Details’ option & disables Receive/Despatch options instead of not including them.

- Despatch ‘Include assets currently on-hire’ check-box added to hide ‘on-hire’ assets as a default.
- Display warning messages if adding a new hire order line with a requested from or delivery date in the past.
Change in Functionality
- Suppress hire order line/sequence number when generating reports/documents.
- Equipment despatch/receipt now deals with multiple equipment records for the same fixed asset + write asset history message if equipment not updated.
Set new hire order line from/delivery dates to current date if delivery date is not set on hire order header. - Hire order maintenance now refreshes order lines following ‘Remove’.
- Clear any linked delivery/collection cases on Copy Hire Order.

- Fix off-hire dates showing previous day if they include time of day.
- Fix problem with error on issue stock to fixed assets screen and contracts is not installed.

- Confirm Despatch now passes hire order line to Despatch Note generation/print if run from Despatch Line button.
- Case Details / Service Desk now displays fixed asset code in Receive confirmation message.
- Add asset ‘Found’ button to Fixed Asset maintenance Hire tab.
- Case Details / Service Desk hire order, despatch/receipt and swap columns are now populated using new SQL view to improve performance + only refresh when Equipment tab is visible.
- Receive asset no longer updates equipment customer/delivery address if asset history transactions exist after the receipt date.
