When picking batch items, the quantities were sometimes been hidden behind the pick button. So we moved the quantites in a bit.
Fixed problem with free text lines disappearing after pick on a sales order. (introduced when zone picking was added)
Added a message on the pick screen if the requested quantity is more than the free stock available. This only appears if catch weight is enabled for the stock item.

Fixed problem where ready to pick flag was not ticking when auto set is turned on when saving a sales order. This is a problem that was introduced when we made the change to not close the sales order if the user selects no on a sales order that is partially allocated.

Fix to message stating that the order is picked but not packed – it was sometimes not appearing in front and was affecting the Picked quantity column

Delete Empty Bins changed to fix ‘System.OutOfMemoryException’ when processing large numbers of bins

When catch weight is on, and allocate on order entry is off, it was displaying an error say more lines may need to be allocated when over picking. This has been resolved.

Fixed problem with bin definition descriptions on the putaway screen been incorrect

Layout issues fixed on locations tab on amend stock item screen (the bins were out of kilter)
Fixed problem with partially picking traceable batch items and then picking some more, it would error on despatch. This problem was introduced in pre release.
Fixed problem with move to on sales order for traceable items – it was trying to move the items already moved and would display an error saying the traceable item was not available.

Disassemble Kits (for stock item) now writes to SiconKit & SiconKitLines so disassemblies are shown on the Sage 200 Amend Kits screen

Fix Replenishment bug which causes sales order over-allocation if the original SOP allocation was split over multiple bins and the sales order is un-allocated/re-allocated during replenishment

Fix Stock Transfer duplicate picking locks if user opens a transfer which is already locked to someone else

Fix for adding component line to works order – it was failing for traceable items

Fix for when scanning serial/batch numbers that start with 10. It was recognising the barcode as a complex barcode and therefore cutting the 10 off

Backflush on add stock now works correctly:
– usings auto generate serial number settings on stock item and WOP settings.
– prints labels

Adding sales order line to existing sales order now works:
– fixed problem if projects was installed.
– goes straight to picked stage.

Fixed select bin and stock item screen when scanning item to increase the quantity for each scan and not reset quantity to 1. This screen is used when adding stock to a works order, adding sales order line to a sales order, and adding lines to a sicon stock transfer

Changed code for getting device ID. Previously it was not unique, thus causing logging in issues.

Fix problem with question asking to enter number of boxes appearing multiple times.

Attempting to fix some object reference errors and subsequent app crashes that are logged in app center. Couldn’t actually replicate the problems, so it may have been data specific, but made code more reliable. This was during picking traceable items.

Fix for when selecting a bin for a destination, after scanning bin it wasn’t closing the bin selection screen. If entered manually it would close the screen. This bin selection screen is used in a number of places. For example, when receiving stock direct to bin on a purchase order for multiple items, or stock transfers when moving multiple items, or for moving pallets.

When reducing quantity on a traceable item that is auto generating numbers, it now sets the quantity on the traceable element to the reduced quantity.

Fixed problem with scanning complex barcode with identification number in on the stock enquiry screen was bringing up the enquiry for the stock item level and not the traceable item level.

Fix to custom barcodes – If the format didn’t include a stock code, only an id number, then it would fail when scanning the custom barcode for the traceable number.

Enabled android back button to move back in app
Attempt to fix problem with message ‘Will lose data’ popping up multiple times in odd places. Its supposed to only pop up if closing a sales order.

Fix for scanning complex barcode on picking a traceable item screen when setting for auto set quantity is turned on – was not auto setting the quantity to the required pick.

When scanning a complex barcode with traceable details, and setting to auto set quantity is selected, and setting to scan stock item before bin is selected, the traceable item is now pre populated without having to scan it a second time.

Fixed problem where if a purchase order fails to process a receipt for whatever reason, it was sometimes crashing the app instead of reporting the problem on screen.

SOP Despatch ‘Enter number of boxes’ now requires a number to be entered

Stock/Internal Issue shows free stock when selecting a stock item (by warehouse item or bin) and doesn’t allow addition of items with insufficient free stock

Fixed problem with scanning a sales order document number. It was recognising any barcode that started with 00 as a pallet. This has been tightened to follow GS1-128 specifications.

Fixed problem where the current box is sometimes not visible when picking sales order.

Fixed problem with single item transfers creating transfer records. This would show as incomplete multi item transfers.

Sometimes the package icon on the picked tab on the wave wasn’t working
Fixed problem of when items are added to a sicon stock transfer, the quantity and bin location was removed and therefore the addition would fail to process.
Fixed another object reference error when picking a free text line on a sales order (this was introduced when the setting to not group sales order lines during picking was done)

Added catching error when printing SO box labels from info tab to display error correctly. It wasn’t catching the error and therefore the app would crash

Fixes to display a better error message when printing SO box labels takes a long time.

When adding stock, the confirm or selection location button now only appears if all traceable details have been entered.

Fixed problem with enabling users on settings screen where if more users were enabled than licensed, then the whole list of users would become disabled.

Fixes to amend sales order screen:
– performance on displaying ready to pick flag was not great. Improved
– if the is complete column was selected, then this would cause a red cross sometimes and not display any values.
– sometimes was getting an object reference error when showing quantities.
– sometimes was getting an cross thread error when showing quantities.
– attempt to fix problem with sage freezing when adding sales order lines from Eureka SOP plus addon

Fix for setting defaults against customers for if SOP invoice should print. It was going too slow and running out of memory. This was tested against 190000 customers.

Fix for sales orders appearing on handheld device even if sales order has been despatched. This would happen for sales orders where the warehouse has been set on the header, and that had free text lines on them, and the ready to pick flag had been set.

Fix SOP picked quantities being increased above required quantity if the ‘move to’ function has been used after picking

SOP Despatch with Smart Picking change to assign/sort by bin name (alphabetically) if multiple bins exist with available stock and the same bin priority

Fix for object reference error when picking if Despatch notification at picking is turned on

Fix when packing is enabled, and items on SOP is moved after picked (before pack), and then packed into a box, it was displaying duplicate lines on the To despatch tab. One line was in the Unboxed box, and the other in the box it was packed into.

Receive Containers fix to ensure PO line items on the selected container are received, not lines on the PO for the same stock item linked to a different container

Fix on locations sql so that we don’t get errors when refreshing app data (was displaying an invalid cast error)

Fix problem with sales order list desktop view in barcoding showing orders as unpicked when they were actually picked.

Fixed problem where the current box is sometimes not visible when picking sales order.

Added message service to update oldest stock first when picking so that bulk and pickface bins are tidied up

Fix to catch weight if over picking and despatching. It wasn’t updating the line quantity, and therefore they would get an error on invoice.

Made sure the package type is correct if picked and packed from a kit on a sales order.

Fixed problem with setting oldest stock records where sometimes it wasn’t updating correctly if all stock is moved back to original bin. This would create extra records and leave some records behind.

Made sure that barcoding tab appears on new stock item screen

If printing so box labels takes too long, a friendly warning is now displayed asking the user to wait a bit longer.

Removed invoice selection drop down on the maintain wave screen.

When user is copied, the warehouse values for the user are copied as well.

Fixed problem with when creating dynamic stocktake, the quantities were not displaying correctly in the create dynamic stocktake screen
