Issues Resolved Change in FunctionalityIssues Resolved
Works Order Processing
- [#19153] Improved the project migration tool and issue history migration [“Database timeouts”]
- [#19153] Further added the ability to run the migration against a specific works order or the issue history from a specific date.
- [#18129] WOP operation date calculations now correctly take into account Fixed Length and treat Quantity Per Run as the quantity produced in the duration of the operation.
- [#19413] Fix to ensure the UltimateParentID on a works order is consistent once a preallocation has been deleted. Issue where other works order UltimateParentIDs were changed incorrectly once a preallocation has been deleted.
- [#18842] Fix to improve the handling when there is not enough free stock but the user attempts to put a value higher than this into a row to be processed and then getting stuck in an endless loop informing them the quantity to allocate entered is greater than the quantity received.
- [#18842] Further fix to also improve the handling when allocating and the user cancels selecting the batches screen.
- [#19047] Booking only scrap will no longer throw a division by zero error. Booked scrap will now be posted against the scrap nominal rather than issued nominal. Scrapped quantity is now shown on cost breakdown form.
- [#19263] Fix to ensure consistency of adding the finished item to a purchase order generated for a sub contract and then when an existing purchase order is updated we ensure the finished item is also present then.
- [#19263] Fix when creating a sub contract line that has a component to ensure the correct source is set so that a finished item line is correctly generated when generating a purchase order for this line.
- [#19150] Reinstated a previous fix ” Fix to ensure the ‘WOCost’ field on ‘SiWorksOrder’ is set to 0 when the works order status is new. Issue where ‘New’ works order could not be deleted as there was a cost still left in this field.”
- [#19418] Fix to no longer display the message ‘Due date exceeds the sales order line promised date ‘XYZ’.” when amending the works order due date on the ‘Process Works Order’ screen, if the settings “Use Sales Order Dates” and “Update Sales Order Line Promised Date when changing Works Order Due Date” are not enabled.
- [#19439] Fix for supplier changes on the ‘Suggested Purchase Order’ tab not “sticking” when filtering the tab again.
- [#19587] Fix for the stock item override ‘Always take from stock’ not correctly working on sub assemblies. This would lead to pop ups appearing requiring no quantity.
- [#19538] [#19595] Fix to add components and operations to one works order when the setting ‘Separate works order for each sub assembly’ is not enabled.
Added a warning before the works order is created to inform the user if a BOM or Phantom is on hold whether they would like to create the works order as those components and operations will be omitted from the works order. - [#19522] Fix to ensure the BOM component ‘Warehouse’ override column is present on the ‘New BOM’ screen.
- [#19512] Improved the handling when a user cancels a traceable popup selection when allocating a works order when allocating via the multi warehouse (Setting ‘Show allocations screen to split allocations across multiple warehouses’) popup and the setting ‘Display traceable selection at allocation’ is enabled. This no longer appears as an error but a more user friendly message.
- [#19587] Fix for sub assemblies being incorrectly removed and therefore not created if they have an override on the stock item that is not ‘Ask’ (Ie ‘Create’ or ‘From Stock’) if the sub assembly popup is displayed.
- [#19417] Fix when creating a new works order, the user would either be informed “No works order number set” or “Sequence contains no elements”
Material Resource Planning
- [#18750] Improved the handling of deleting all forecasts when there are a large amount of them. [“Out of memory”]
- [#19403] Fix when running MRP for suggested kits. [“Out of memory”]
- [#19520] Fix when viewing the ‘Future Stock Movements’ screen and dispatched stock transfers would appear as a negative on the ‘Stock Transfer In’ records.
- [#18836] Fix to add a setting check before standalone MRP is run to ensure basic settings have been set for the user that is running. For example making user warehouses are set for the user that will run standalone MRP. [“Object Reference Error”]. Ensure the correct standalone exe is running from the ‘Sage/Custom’ folder and not the ‘Sage/Sicon’ folder.
Kitting
- [#19092] Suppress disassemble kit ‘The credit and debit nominal codes are identical. Do you wish to continue?’ message when adding component stock with stock nominal code matching kit internal area nominal code. (Barcoding as well)
Barcoding
- [#19031]: Works order status was not updating when booking in finished item from barcoding.
- [#18829]: Fixed problem with error ‘There is insufficient quantity of the item with serial/batch numbers assigned at the location.’ appearing when backflushing a works order from Sicon Barcoding (and potentially Sicon Web API as well).
