Issues Resolved Change in Functionality Important
Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22 FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to works order line imports where an unclear error was appearing while the warehouse fields were empty.
  • Fixed issue where customer was able to set a quantity of 0 to a component line after clicking the ‘Edit all quantities’ button. Added validation to prevent this.
  • Fix when amending a stock item and it would appear to remove the locations from the stock item and therefore force the user to make the item inactive when saving.
  • Fix to make sure the setting ‘Show Traceable Adjustment Form’ remains in line with the stock setting when serials are selected.
  • Fix for un-issuing traceable items where the bin has been deleted and is no longer available to be returned to [“Object Reference Error”]
  • Fix to display all works orders so that they can be copied including completed works orders.
  • Fix when saving a team where the associated labour resource group has been deleted, to allow the user to recreate a new labour resource group to be linked to the team so that it can be used on BOM or WOP [“Unable to update the object (Sage.Manufacturing.PersistentObjects.PersistentLabLabourResourceGroup, ) as the object has been deleted”]
  • Fix when maintaining a team and it would create duplicate entries.

Kitting

  • Fix when on the build kit screen and they would change the quantity to build of a kit line and it would recalculate the quantity which could sometimes lose the precision from the entered value (ie will drop a couple a decimal places)

Change in Functionality

Works Order Processing

  • Amended the API method for creating an operation for a works order. User should now be able to specify an ‘ActualRunTime’ within the request body and this should change the default run times when adding a new operation.
