Works Order Processing

• Fix to improve the loading speed when viewing a stock items balances.

Kitting

• Fix to when part building a kit where the components are batch items, to correctly set the batch amount to be used when building and the stock setting is select serials at despatch.
• Fix to when trying to disassemble a large quantity of items with high cost, an error message displayed.

Material Resource Planning

• Updated the stored procedure when getting suggested MRP operation lines, to subtract the total pre-allocated quantity for that operation line from the quantity otherwise we can get multiple suggestions for the same operation line when there are multiple pre-allocations for that operation line.
• Fix to when running MRP and processing existing stock movements to not include reallocated quantities in our running free stock balance… Issue where suggestion would get deleted too early in the process due to reallocated ‘in’ movements increasing the running balance this would cause MRP to believe there is enough stock to fulfil the demand and then by the end of the run a ‘Minimum Stock’ suggestion would be created as the free stock balance would end up in minus.
• Fix to correctly treat a ‘Built/Bought’ item that is defaulted to be ‘Built’ as BOM line when running MRP. Previously these items would not be included when running MRP
• Fix when running MRP for suggested works orders and the usage due date falls on a weekend make sure our suggestion date comes before the weekend… Issue where the suggestion would come after the weekend and therefore after the usage
