Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22.1 FOR THE FIRST TIME.  THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Change to now use the project header factory to get the project header.
  •  Fix to stop project transactions being updated on completed works orders.
  • Corrected issues with future buy price for sub assembly component lines. The future buy price was not the unit cost, but the total cost. This was incorrect and now its set as the unit cost.
  • Fix to take the machine or labour efficiency percentage into consideration when adding operations to a works order.
  • Fix to get the correct sub assembly number when creating a works order.

Material Resource Planning

  • Fix to improve the loading speed of the ‘Suggested Purchase Order’ tab.
  • Fix for the screen hanging when saving the stock item from the suggested purchase order tab in MRP.
