Issues Resolved Important
Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22.1 FOR THE FIRST TIME.  THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved
  • fix(wop-sub-assembly): fix when creating a sub assembly when the form no longer needs to popup to get the correct finished item from the stock item settings
  • fix(wop-sub-assembly-creation): fix when the setting to always ask before sub assembly is turned on to make sure the form is always shown
  • fix(wop-sub-assembly-creation): fix when creating a sub assembly to keep the parent works order line warehouse as the default component warehouse for the parent WO because if the sub assembly is coming from a different warehouse when it is booked in a stock transfer will get created
  • fix(wop-maintain-teams): fix when saving a team where the associated labour resource group has been deleted, to allow the user to recreate a new labour resource group to be linked to the team so that it can be used on BOM or WOP [“Unable to update the object (Sage.Manufacturing.PersistentObjects.PersistentLabLabourResourceGroup, ) as the object has been deleted”]
  • fix(wop-maintain-teams): fix when maintaining a team and it would create duplicate entries
  • fix(kitting-build-kit):  fix when on the build kit screen and they would change the quantity to build of a kit line and it would recalculate the quantity which could sometimes lose the precision from the entered value (ie will drop a couple a decimal places)
  • fix(wop-copy-wo): fix to display all works orders so that they can be copied including completed works orders
  • fix(wop-settings): fix to make sure the setting ‘Show Traceable Adjustment Form’ remains in line with the stock setting when serials are selected
  • fix(wop-amend-stock-item): fix when amending a stock item and it would appear to remove the locations from the stock item and therefore force the user to make the item inactive when saving
  • fix(quantity-validation): Fixed issue where customer was able to set a quantity of 0 to a component line after clicking the ‘Edit all quantities’ button. Added validation to prevent this.
  • fix(wop-add-finished-item): fix when adding a new finished item and the component warehouse would not be the same as the works order default component warehouse.
  • fix when adding a new finished item (built item) and the user adds BOM components from the new item to ask the user if they wish to consolidate the new works order line with the existing ones if they can be
  • fix(wop-add-finished-item): added the bin priority to the bin lookup dropdown and then sorted the bins that get displayed by ‘Allocation Priority’
  • fix(wop-add-finished-item): fix when adding a new finished item and user selects to add the components for that BOM to the works order to also add the operations too
