Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22 FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Removed the ‘Start Date’ field from the works order import as the due date is what will be used to work out the start date of the works order.
  • Added the missing fields to the ‘CreateLabourTimesheetModel’ which were missing from v21.1.
  • Updated the ‘CreateLabourTimesheet’ API method to include operationid, siworksorderlineid, siworksorderid, quantity and status… Also updated the method to create the new timesheet lines and create the cost transactions

Material Resource Planning

  • Amended the MRP SQL script by stopping it picking up all transactions of ‘TransactionGroupID’ 1 with replacement suggested (6,15,23)

Kitting

  • Fix for an issue where kit line required quantities were being incorrectly calculated using the ratio which was only being stored to 5dp and therefore causing rounding errors
