Works Order Processing

• Fix when adding a new works order line that is a sub assembly but the setting ‘Separate WO For Each Sub Assembly’ is turned off to still add this line as a line type ‘SubAssembly’ (6).
• Fix to no longer automatically update works order comments when amending/saving a sop order. Added a new button on the ‘Works Order’ tab to allow the user to manually update these if they wish to.

Material Resource Planning

• Fix when running MRP and processing existing stock movements to not include preallocated quantities in our running free stock balance… Issue where suggestion would get deleted too early in the process due to preallocated ‘in’ movements increasing the running balance this would cause MRP to believe there is enough stock to fulfil the demand and then by the end of the run a ‘Minimum Stock’ suggestion would be created as the free stock balance would end up in minus.
• Updated the stored procedure when getting suggested MRP operation lines, to subtract the total preallocated quantity for that operation line from the quantity otherwise we can get multiple suggestions for the same operation line when there are multiple preallocations for that operation line.
• The ‘Previous MRP results’ form will now open to the results tab by default & from the ‘Material planning’ form the ‘Show Results’ button will now open straight to the results tab.
