Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22 FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to stop project transactions being updated on completed works orders.
  • Fix for the change in project methods to get the cost header for a stock item.
  • Corrected the calculation when when calculating the cost of a works order for sub assemblies where there is no child works order. Future Buy Price should always be as a unit price.
  • Corrected issues with future buy price for sub assembly component lines. The future buy price was not the unit cost, but the total cost. This was incorrect and now its set as the unit cost.

Material Resource Planning

  • Fix when standalone MRP would just open and close [“The type initializer for ‘Sage.MMS.Client.SAAClientAPI threw an exception”]
