Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v22 FOR THE FIRST TIME. THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to get the next sub assembly number for a works order when… issue when updating from BOM and WO lines would get deleted and this would pull through an already used number.
  • Fix when splitting and works order that was associated with a sales order and they split this onto a new works that is also associated with the sales order and the user would view this works order and a message will be incorrectly displayed informing the user that works order and sales order is no longer connected.
  • Fix for using the split button on split works order screen [“Object Reference Error”]
