Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v21.1 FOR THE FIRST TIME.  THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to un-issue items back to the bin they were issued from. This will also now create new activities for each traceable to maintain the cost.
  • Fix to show the correct columns when un-issuing traceable items.
  • Fix to use the line number correctly when more works orders are created for the same sales order line.
  • Fix to use the operation cost rate where a resource exists in the same phase when estimate is set to use the operation register cost rate.
  • Fix to ensure the preallocation quantity is only set to the max available works order quantity when the finished item quantity has been changed.
  • Fix to stop extra quantity being removed when un-booking an unconfirmed works order.
  • Fix to sub contract using hours offsite.
