Important Info

ALL USERS MUST BE LOGGED OUT WHEN UPGRADING TO v200.0.9 OR HIGHER FOR THE FIRST TIME.  THIS IS BECAUSE WORKS ORDER FINISHED ITEM TRANSACTIONS WILL BE SWITCH TO BOM BUILD TRANSACTIONS, DUE TO HOW THE SAGE STOCK VALUATION REPORT HANDLES UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTIONS.

TRANSACTION HISTORY FOR UNCONFIRMED COSTS WHERE THE NOMINAL HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED WILL HAVE THE COST VALUE REDUCED TO 0. THIS IS TO FIX INCORRECT VALUES BEING SHOWN ON THE RETROSPECTIVE STOCK VALUATION REPORT.

Issues Resolved

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to calculate the quantity issued on the line.
  • Refresh the labour transactions after add, edit and remove transaction buttons have been pressed.
  • Fix to handle over allocations to stop the line being marked as issued if the amount issued is higher than the line quantity but less than the allocated quantity.
  • Fix to stop an error when a Works order with no works order lines is being completed.
  • Fix to calculate standard cost variance correctly and post to correct nominals.

Material & Resource Planning

  • Fix to use the correct quantity when using purchasing unit of measures and creating suggested purchase orders.
