Works Order Processing

• Fix to stop issue allocations screen showing multiple times when selecting serial/batch items on despatch.
• Fix to deleting quote lines and linked estimates being deleted.
• Fox to allocation traceable items so the totals on the screen update correctly.

Kitting

• Build kit defaults to  the correct bin based on allocation priority.
• Disassemble screen defaults if there is only one bin available.
