Works Order Processing

• Fix to stop deletion of labour/machine resources/groups when on undeleted Works Order lines on active Works Orders.
• Fix so Operations of the same phase will run concurrently.
• Fix to Sales Summary to be updated with non-stock line updates.
• Fix to completing Works Orders where the bin the items were booked into had been deleted before completing
• Fix to stop stock being reserved when unable to unbook a finished item.

Material and Resource Planning

• Added a new setting for detailed works order duration calculation. This will be off by default.
• Fix to show suggested purchase order cost prices to 5 decimal places.
