Works Order Processing

• Fix to stop works orders from attempting to be completed when the finished item bin has been deleted
• Change to stop it being possible to change a finished item location when using unconfirmed costs and the item being part booked
• Fix to BOM Component Costs screen to include landed costs
• Fix to delete job costing transaction when deleting works order
• Fix to why works orders with a scrap quantity and complete were still showing in stock item balances
• Fix to stop the the component list refreshing position when allocating unallocating issuing and unissuing works order lines
