Works Order Processing

• Massive performance improvements to creating works orders
• Moved code from UI layer to objects layer to fix the problem in Barcoding which meant UI dlls were required
• Settings will now be retrieved and stored, stopping many of the SQL lookups
• Completed works orders will no longer appear on the Process Works Order screen when filtering for All Current
• Added option to split a works order
• Can now access employees from Maintain Team screen
• Operations can now have attachments
• Operations can now be flagged as Inspection
• Added create works order button to works order desktop list
• Batch items in the allocations screen will appear as yellow if the date is in the past
• Utility to update stock items removed
• Now possible to amend the component warehouse on a works order after it has been created. This is just the default and will not amend and existing components
• Added ability to scrap finished items
• Unconfirmed costs setting is now based on the POP setting
• Stock items in use on a works order can no longer be deleted or made inactive
• Multiple finished items are now handled when using unconfirmed costs
• New setting to use SOP allocation settings
• Components on BOM operations will now be linked to works order operations on creation
• By products added to BOM operations which appear as finished items on works orders but will never have a cost
• Setting to hide Add Stock button on Back Flush screen added
• Dashboard added but requires Web API platform version 190.0.4 and upwards
• Make or buy on stock items will now only appear if the item has a template
• Areas can now be set on Sage operations which are used to move the works order through areas on operation completion
• All WOP and MRP settings on stock item screen are now included in the stock item setting import
• Labour and Machine resources will be auto generated when adding a new team
• Cost summary added to stock item screen
• Now able to part book works orders via the Process Works Order screen. This will bring up the Back Flush screen as it handles auto part allocating and issuing the required quantity
• When increasing component quantity, a reason is now required. Scrap is automatically available but others can be added using the new maintenance screen
• Labour and machine transactions will now use employee rates for actual and team rates for estimate
• Bins in allocation screens will now appear in bin priority
• Removed add buttons for labour and machine lines as they can now only be added by adding an operation
• Changed the do not round up to economical batch size setting so it no longer just effects the last works order
• Added a quantity column to the work flow for creating works orders off the back off of a sales order
• Part build functionality changed so if allow book without issue is not enabled, only the required component quantities for the amount being booked will be allocated and issued

Material Planning

• New setting added for copying analysis codes from sales orders
• Settings will now be retrieved and stored, stopping many of the SQL lookups
• New standalone MRP program added with auto deployment during the Sage addon installation
• New hourly teams tab added to Capacity Plan which shows team availability hourly
• Capacity Plan now uses employee work patterns instead of team work patterns if they exist
• New setting to enable auto accepting preallocation suggestions
• Future Stock Movements screen now shows quantity after preallocations removed which helps with diagnosing why suggestions were created
• Only affected lines on suggestion lists will be updated when creating orders from suggestions
• Multiple finished items on works orders now handled
• Added cost price to future stock movements screen
• Stock movements screen will now automatically refresh when selecting different suggestions in the lists

Kitting

• Settings will now be retrieved and stored, stopping many of the SQL lookups
• Added support for service and miscellaneous items
• Added available quantity to build to Build button on sales orders
• Now able to create preallocations for kit lines
