Works Order Processing

  • When using Job Costing and opening a WOP screen for the first time after upgrading, a Job Costing transaction migration will begin.  This will remove all existing transactions for works orders from jobs, and replace them with a single transaction.  From now on, only a single works order transaction will appear on jobs.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocationLine has been removed and replaced with SiconAllocationLine. SiconAllocationLine.ForeignID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  You can now get the picked and allocated quantity from SiWorksOrderLine.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocIssHist has been removed and replaced with SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.SiWorksOrderLineID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory stores information when a works order line is issued and links to the transaction history table by IssueTransactionHistoryID.
Issues Resolved

Material Planning

  • Check to creating purchase orders for suggestions that no longer have a reason, ie the sales order it was suggested for has now been actioned
  • Fix to the warehouse controls where not all warehouses were being selected incorrectly
  • Fix to the supplier popup so it is ordered correctly
  • Fix to exporting from the suggested purchase orders screen so the free stock column exports correctly
  • Fix to handle error on the stock running balance screen when loading lots of items and warehouses
  • Fix to forecast import so it ignores first line if its the headers

Works Order Processing

  • Change to the setting for showing the sub creation screen when a purchase order is available so it will only show if there is no free stock available for the item
  • Fix to the back flush screen so all finished items are shown at the end of the build process, added progress bar to the create WO from SO screen, fix to handle error on the stock running balance screen when loading lots of items and warehouses
  • Fix to the back flush screen so all finished items are shown at the end of the build process
  • Fix to how the exclude purchase orders in the past setting got enabled/disabled
  • Rounding fixes when booking in a finished item to round up cost price to 5 decimal places
  • Fix so estimate lines linked to sub assemblies use the sub assembly cost instead of using future buy price
