Works Order Processing

  • When using Job Costing and opening a WOP screen for the first time after upgrading, a Job Costing transaction migration will begin.  This will remove all existing transactions for works orders from jobs, and replace them with a single transaction.  From now on, only a single works order transaction will appear on jobs.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocationLine has been removed and replaced with SiconAllocationLine. SiconAllocationLine.ForeignID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  You can now get the picked and allocated quantity from SiWorksOrderLine.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocIssHist has been removed and replaced with SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.SiWorksOrderLineID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory stores information when a works order line is issued and links to the transaction history table by IssueTransactionHistoryID.
Issues Resolved

Material Planning

  • Fix to why the calculate button on sales orders was being hidden
  • Fix to stop out of memory when exporting to excel from forecast screen
  • Fix to availability calculation for bought parts so the date returned is the first date available

Kitting

  • Kits on quotes will no longer appear in the allocate kit line screen

Works Order Processing

  • Improvements to build time screen
  • Fix to sub contract nominal set check
  • Issuing progress bar added when issuing from process works order screen
  • Fix to the sales order workflow so completed preallocations are checked when working out whether or not a line needs a works order
  • Sell by and use by dates on the works order finished item screen will now refresh on open
  • Fixed works order number on works orders created due to economical batch size from the create works order menu item
  • Check on unissue to see if bin exists and if it doesn’t then unissue to unspecified,
  • Fix to index out of range error thrown on the view item balances screen
  • Fix to back flush screen so works orders can be part booked again
  • Fix to the cost percentage check for works orders with multiple finished items
  • Fix to booking works orders that are traceable and are preallocated to multiple orders
