Works Order Processing

  • When using Job Costing and opening a WOP screen for the first time after upgrading, a Job Costing transaction migration will begin.  This will remove all existing transactions for works orders from jobs, and replace them with a single transaction.  From now on, only a single works order transaction will appear on jobs.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocationLine has been removed and replaced with SiconAllocationLine. SiconAllocationLine.ForeignID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  You can now get the picked and allocated quantity from SiWorksOrderLine.
  • SiWorksOrderAllocIssHist has been removed and replaced with SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory.SiWorksOrderLineID links to SiWorksOrderLine.SiWorksOrderLineID.  SiconWorksOrderLineIssueHistory stores information when a works order line is issued and links to the transaction history table by IssueTransactionHistoryID.

Works Order Processing

  • Fix to stop error when sorting columns in the process works order screen
  • Change so the works order generated date is now populated with the works order created date where it is null
  • Fix to nominal rounding problems when booking in a finished item
  • Change to the variance posting setting so it is now always used when there is a variance and not just when the finished item is set to standard costing
  • Fix to not defaulting batch numbers on works orders when setting is not enabled

Material Planning

  • Fix to forecast import to handle the first line of a csv file being header values

Kitting

  • Fix to why some kit lines were not being issued when there is enough stock but the first bin in the warehouse is empty
Change in Functionality

Works Order Processing

  • Performance improvement when issuing works order lines

Material Planning

  • Added setting to exclude purchase orders in the past from availability calculation
  • Added setting to always use standard works order numbering

Kitting

  • New select serials screen will now appear in Kitting when selecting serials at allocation that will allow the user to select serial numbers from any bin in the warehouse
