Issues Resolved

• If setting to only bill despatched assets is on, the generate sales order screen will now only show bill lines for despatched assets. Before it was still showing everything, and then removing them when creating the sales order.
• Fix to forecasts (and thus billing) where the month of February was slightly out compared to the other months when doing monthly billing. This happened if billing starts at the end of the month, and goes from month to month towards the end of the month, and therefore the number of days changes per month slightly.
• Change the loading Charge lines to update linq query. add filter for same hire order to avoid load huge data in the memory.
