- Fixed a problem on the forecast tab of a hire order line where the last generation date was moving back a day, thus regenerating the last day in a new forecast line.
- Service Desk Equipment list fix to include despatched/received asset hire history by transaction date.
- Fix Sell Assets ‘Execution Timeout Expired’ error caused by record locks when attempting to dispose fixed assets.
Change in Functionality
- Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button Despatch/Receipt options are now enabled based on column values in equipment list + Recognise ‘view’ mode if edit equipment button is disabled.
- Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button is now enabled after a new case is saved + tidy-up messages, etc.
- Service Desk Equipment list will now link to allocated/scheduled cases (using history date/time) so equipment can be despatched.
- Equipment list now allows user to select ‘Advanced Replacement’ option on Hire button if current order/line linked to the equipment is an advanced replacement.
- View Hire Asset Details screen ‘Check’ button is now enabled to allow user to check/correct hire status.
