New Features Change in FunctionalityNew Features
- New ‘Split Hire Orders’ function added to the Utilities menu.
- Add new Hire setting to enable/disable delivery address locations by hire order line.
- Add new Hire Setting to sort fixed asset drop-down selection lists by serial number.
- Hire Transfers now sets asset starts to ‘Hire Transfer’ when despatched and ‘Available To Hire’ when received. Asset history records are now also generated.
- Fixed problem with failed to update objects when saving a hire order and the user accidently clicked in the collection notes grid auto creating a row.
- Fix Service Desk Equipment List showing incorrect hire orders for switch/replacements & allow user to receive against the replacement hire order line.
- Generating concatenated addresses update changed to continue from previous point of failure if memory/resource errors occur.
- Advance upgrade instrument as each update process runs so completes steps will not be re-run if a later step fails.
Service Desk Equipment list ‘Hire’ button now includes ‘View Asset Hire Details’ option & disables Receive/Despatch options instead of not including them.
Change in Functionality
- Deposit and Balance generation fixes relates to sales order line description not being passed.
- Fixed ‘Failed to update objects’ error when saving a hire order and the user accidently clicked in the collection notes grid to auto create a row.
