New Features
  • Reinstate ‘Complete Hire Order’ screen and desktop list button.
  • Hire Asset Register / Asset Hire Details screen Hire History list/grid now includes hire order line/sequence number.
  • Sales Order Generation will now generate a separate sales return if ‘returned early credits’ value exceeds the net sales order/billing value and reset credits if sales return is cancelled.
  • Add new setting ‘Only bill assets on-site during billing period’ which dynamically bills individual on-site assets based on despatched/received dates.

  • Hire Order Maintenance fix for position of ‘hide advanced replacement lines’ tick-box position and add wait mouse cursor while refreshing.

  • Copy Hire Order commitment control change to fix ‘Timeout’ error in SetHireOrderStatus.
  • Export report to PDF error ‘No data was returned for this Report.’ fixed by excluding any report criteria with NULL values.
  • Hire duration description was using the exclude weekends flag on the hire order header incorrectly, when it should have been using the exclude weekends flag on the asset line. Therefore the duration description was showing incorrectly when excluding weekends was not selected.
