• [#19430] Fixed inconsistencies when deleting lines in the `Rules Maintenance Form`, ensuring removed output or input lines are immediately hidden and validation messages display correctly.
• [#19411] Posting a receipt in the `Process Customer Remittance` screen now works smoothly for new customer accounts with no previous transactions, preventing errors and ensuring receipt details are correctly processed.
