Changes to the Sales and Purchase Contract History Tracking
Within sales and purchase contracts, a new contract history tab has been added to record changes to the contract. This records the creation and amendments to the contract, allowing the changes to be tracked.
Within Distribution settings, contract history reasons can be configured at the header and line level to require users to put in reasons for changes to the contract.
The old history tab has been renamed to Contract Usage, to show when the contract has been used on an order.

Change in Functionality
  • Added the ability to record reasons against any history changes made to Sales or Purchase contracts
    • Allows improved history tracking of changes made to sales and purchase.
    • The old history tab has been renamed to contract usage. This details when the contract has been used.
    • New table to store contract history reasons. This is a generic table, so can be used for additional history reasons in other parts of the module.
