Fix when receiving a stock transfer that has pre-allocations and has traceable items to update the TraceableBinItemID to the new ID.
Fixed issue when adding traceable in stocktake, an error would appear saying that the total quantity of the batches entered is less than the quantity received.

Extended the cross cut message source to take an extended Hashtable to accept additional data.
