Issues Resolved

• Resolved an issue where allowance lines could be overwritten by Approvals (WAP).
• fix(timesheets-work-patterns): [A1(Clade)] fix to reduce the actual time entered when using breaks on “time” work patterns when entered from a on timesheet.
  Also fixed an issue when selecting an employee in Sage timesheet entry and Sage would crash out[“System.StackOverflow”].
• Fix when looking for existing Sicon Stock Transfers to add to. It was only checking the transfer items, not the header itself. If a header is found, it will add a new line.
•  Duplication of employee records on creation when using employee desktop list to add an employee (In projects)

  Added SetViewOnly method to enable the attachment control to be set to View Only-mode. (This disables Drag & Drop, as well as editing buttons (add, set description, remove).
