Fix for error on device when transferring unassigned serials with assigned serials. If the unassigned was not the first item in the list of selected serials, we would get a message appearing on the device saying that unassigned serials were unavailable

Fix for list of PO’s to receive was displaying duplicate PO’s if Sicon landed costs were enabled, and a PO has been confirmed with multiple landed costs linked
